Provide telephone, internet, and communication lines on the San Carlos Apache Reservation. Notice of intent to issue a sole-source purchase order to the San Carlos Apache Telecommunications, Inc. to provide miscellaneous communication lines for the San Carlos Irrigation Project (SCIP) office located on the San Carlos Apache Reservation. The San Carlos Apache Telecommunications, Inc. is incorporated by the San Carlos Apache Tribe to provide telecommunications services on the San Carlos Apache Reservation.

The San Carlos Apache Telecommunications, Inc. (SCATUI) is the only local telecommunications provider on the San Carlos Apache Reservation, by tribal resolution. No other known sources are available to provide telecommunications services on the reservation. Solicitation is not available and technical questions will not be answered for this requirement.

The NAICS code for this acquisition is 517111. If a firm believes that BIA should not pursue this procurement, it should submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement by 8:00 a.m. MD on 8/16/2024.
