Electric utility billing software and maintenance. Indian economic enterprises (IEEs) sought to provide electric utility billing software and maintenance. Software is published by Continental Utility Solutions Inc. (CUSI). The agency is seeking IEEs capable of providing commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software utility and asset management system.
