GARAGE DOOR REPLACEMENT FOR BIA-MESCALERO AGENCY THIS ACQUISITION IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 140A0725Q0008 and is issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-02.

The solicitation is set-aside for eligible Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 332321. The contractor shall provide a GARAGE DOOR and ancillary services at the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Mescalero Agency, Mescalero, NM. POP is 04/28/2025 to 05/27/2025. The following must be submitted with your quote:

(a) SF 1449 (1) Section 20, UEI (2) Section 20, Company POC name, email address and phone no. This is the person to whom the CO will contact concerning the contract. See B.(a)(2). (3) Section 26, Total amount. (4) Section 30, Title, signature, and date.

(b) Acknowledgement of all amendments to this RFQ.

(c) All items in Section E.4.

(d) FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Products and Commercial Services, must be completed and returned with your quote.
