PEST CONTROL SERVICES FOR BUREAU OF INDIAN AFFAIRS

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 140A1724Q0031 and is issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. The solicitation is set-aside for Small Business.

The associated NAICS code is 561710. The contractor shall provide PEST CONTROL Services at the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Mescalero Agency, Mescalero, NM. POP is 09/24/2024 to 08/31/2025 with four one-year options. The following must be submitted with your quote:

(a) SF 1449 (1) Section 20, UEI (2) Section 20, Company POC name, email address and phone no. This is the person to whom the CO will contact concerning the contract. See B.(a)(2). (3) Section 26, Total amount of the base year only. (4) Section 30, Title, signature, and date.

(b) Acknowledgement of all amendments to this RFQ.

(c) All items in Section E.4.

(d) FAR provision 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Products and Commercial Services, must be completed and returned with your quote.
