Sole Source for Car Washes Miami Division

The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to EL CAR WASH ONLINELLC for car washes for the Miami Division fleet. This requirement is for the Miami Division. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer David P. Yates by email. The email address is dpyates@fbi.gov.
