Vaadin, Inc. Description: This procurement is for Vaadin Prime Support, a technical support maintenance agreement for the Vaadin development framework. The maintenance agreement includes technical support throughout the period of performance, as well as the Vaadin ProTools Service. Vaadin ProTools allows the Government to use their advanced proprietary tools. Vaadin Enterprise Support includes web, phone and email-based support and special support hours to help with design/implementation issues.

Maintenance includes bug fixes and software upgrades. This also includes Vaadin ProTools. The Government intends to award one (1) firm-fixed price purchase order. The expected delivery date is 24 August 2024 with a one-year coverage period. The proposed contract action is for equipment for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.501. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.

This synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any firm that believes it can meet this requirement may provide written notification to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
