Preventative Maintenance of Beckman Coulter Cytometer

THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation 1333M2-24-Q-0085 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05.

The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS) Beaufort Laboratory has a requirement for Preventative Maintenance of Beckman Coulter Cytoflex B5 R3 V5 Flow Cytometer. All services rendered shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work. Quotes shall be FOB destination. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on price. Quote shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor’s quote. This RFQ is unrestricted.

The associated NAICS code is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a size standard of $34M. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ.

Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any,; All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on May 15, 2024; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on Technical Approach and Capability, Past Performance, and Price.

Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to scott.beliveau@noaa.gov . There will be no exceptions to the time and date on which responses are due, unless determined otherwise by the Government. Telephone inquiries will not be honored.
