Satellite AIS Data for Vessels at Sea-Pacific Ocean

NOAA/The National Marine Fisheries Service/Office of Law Enforcement, has a requirement for Satellite AIS Data for Vessels at Sea in the Pacific Ocean. This solicitation is being issued as 100% set-aside for Small Business. All responsible, qualified, small business sources may submit an offer that will be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the acquisition is 517410 Satellite Telecommunications. The small business size standard is $44.0M.

The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.0. It is the Government's intention to issue a single firm-fixed price purchase order for a base plus 4 option periods. The Award will be made to the offeror whose quote meets all Statement of Work (SOW) and solicitation requirements. Quotes will be evaluated using Low Price, Technically Acceptable evaluation factors.

Please provide two or more references for the same or similar services provided in the past 3 years. The anticipated award date is August 21, 2024. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. The RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05, effective 4/22/2024. Please reference RFQ 1333MF24Q0118 on all submitted documents. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.
