NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - ELECTRONIC DATABASE SUBSCRIPTION

NOTICE: THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT, NOT AN RFQ. This notice intends to inform the vendor community of the proposed contract action. This proposed procurement is for items which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than February 18, 2025, 10:00 am EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the Contracting Officer's discretion. The Government intends to award a sole-source contract to Warren Communications, PO Box 91850, Washington, DC 20090, for Electronic Database Subscription.

The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 511110 – Newspaper Publishers, and the Product Service Code (PSC Code) is 7630 – Newspaper Periodicals, for a 12-month Base Year, and four one-year option years, if exercised, to Warren Communications.
