Unemployment Compensation Services

NOTICE: THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT, NOT AN RFQ. This notice intends to inform the vendor community if the proposed contract action. This proposed procurement is for items which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than April 5, 2024, 9:00 am EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the Contracting Officer's discretion. The Government intends to award a sole-source contract to TALX Corporation, provider of Equifax Workforce Solutions ("Equifax") based on FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).

The purpose of this procurement is to purchase the Unemployment Compensation and Employment Verification Services. The service includes full-service Unemployment Claims review, defense, mitigation, and processing at a State by State level for the Department of Commerce and its bureaus, for 6-months base period and four (4) option periods totaling 54 months.
