Notice of Intent to Sole Source – Hematology Analyzer Supplies Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 341st Medical Group intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to SYSMEX AMERICA, INC to support the Malmstrom Air Force Base Hematology Analyzer supply preservation. SYSMEX AMERICA, INC is the manufacturer of the hematology analyzer equipment that is currently installed in the medical building. Reagents from the same manufacturer must be used to be compatible with the existing analyzer model.

SYSMEX AMERICA, INC, does not sell any of its products or services to third parties or distributors. Therefore, only SYSMEX AMERICA, INC can fulfill this requirement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be given without further notice. Oral communication is not acceptable in response to this notice. *Please refer to the attached performance work statement for further details.
