COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Killer Whale Blubber Analysis (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

CLIN 0002 – Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for Determine Moisture Content by 100C Vacuum Oven at the Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC), in Seattle, WA accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance DOA through 12 months. 28 Samples.

CLIN 0003 – Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for Determine Ash Content for each sample at the Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC), in Seattle, WA accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance DOA through 12 months. 28 Samples.

CLIN 0004 – Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for Determine Total Carbohydrates by Calculation at the Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC), in Seattle, WA accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance DOA through 12 months. 28 Samples.

CLIN 0005 – Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for Determine Total Protein (Dumas Method) at the Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC), in Seattle, WA accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance DOA through 12 months. 28 Samples.

CLIN 0006 – Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for Determine Adjusted Protein for Non-Protein Sources at the Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC), in Seattle, WA accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance DOA through 12 months. 28 Samples.

CLIN 0007 – Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for Determine Fatty Acid Profile C4:0 - C24:0 (as Triglycerides) at the Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC), in Seattle, WA accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance DOA through 12 months. 28 Samples.

CLIN 0008 – Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for Determine Nitrogen for each sample at the Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC), in Seattle, WA accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance DOA through 12 months. 28 Samples. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: 12 months from Date of Award (DOA).
