This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for yard services for the Research Vessel Gannet for Gray’s Reef National Marine Sanctuary in Savannah, GA. Pease follow the Offeror Instructions on pages 1 and 2 of the solicitation and ensure the response is in accordance with “The following information is to be returned.” The NAICS code for this action is 336611. The government intends to procure supplies using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The government requires all contractors doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time the quote is submitted. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: www.sam.gov. Award will not be made to any contractor that is not registered in SAM. The purpose of the amendment is to answer vendor questions. The close date remains unchanged. A signed copy of the soliciation shall be provided with the quote package.
