BOXES FOR PACKAGING AND SHIPPING OF HIGHLY DELICATE/SENSITIVE EQUIPTMENT

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract for boxes for packaging and shipping for the National Logistics Support Center in Kansas City, MO. The Government intends to make an award to the responsive responsible small business providing the best value in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(B) (3). This is an amendment to solicitation 1305M224Q0245. This amendment serves to notify all potential offerors of the following changes to the solicitation: Extension of Proposal Due Date:The offerors due date has been extended. The new due date and time are August 26, 2024, at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Incorporation of RFI Responses: Responses to all Requests for Information (RFIs) submitted by potential offerors have been included in this amendment. Please see attached. DOC, Eastern Region Acquisition Division requires that all contractors doing business with this office be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made to a company not registered in SAM. Contractors active in SAM have a unique entity identifier (UEI) that is used to do business with the federal government.

The Government has moved to a free new, non-proprietary identifier that will have to be requested in, and assigned by, the System for Award Management (SAM.gov).
