Please follow the Offeror Instructions in the solicitation document. The NAICS code for this action is 325211 and is set aside 100 percent for small business. The purpose of amendment 0003 is to provide a revised specifications document, revised drawings, and extend the close date until May 31, 2024. The purpose of amendment 0004 is to provide answers to vendor questions.
