Town & Country Apartments Property Management

Upon receipt of a contract, the Contractor shall perform services for the management of the property. The Contractor will supply the necessary labor, time, attention and effort of the Contractor’s principals and employees regularly engaged in the business of the Contractor to properly discharge the obligations of the Contractor under this contract including supervision of maintenance and operation activities.
