This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number 12FPC125Q0021 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the acquisition procedures at FAR Parts 12 and 13 are being utilized.

USDA anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote confirming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 dated 01/17/2025 which can be found at http://www.acquisition.gov/far/index.html.

This is a 100% set aside for Small Business, and the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720 – Housekeeping – Custodial Janitorial. The size standard is $22M. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide custodial services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. Quotes are due on Monday, April 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
