Solicitation is for the purpose of soliciting SF 330s from Architect-Engineer firms in order to select the most highly rated firms for the purpose of possible discussions. Submit credentials for both the Primary Firm and for Key Consultants of all the information pertinent to the selection criteria.

Firms responding to this announcement with a whole and properly completed SF 330 with supporting data by the response date (August 27, 2024) will be considered for selection. Request for Information (RFI) shall be submitted via email to tammy.perrine@usda.gov NLT five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date of this solicitation. C219 - ARCHITECT AND ENGINEERING- GENERAL: OTHER This is a 100 Percent Total Small Business Set Aside. DESCRIPTION Work for this project requires the AE to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight, delivery, and all necessary valid licenses for the work summarized as follows:

Base Item No. 1- Jacobs Creek (JAC) Egress. Base Item No. 2- Lyndon B. Johnson (LBJ), Gym and Brick Trade drainage. Base Item No. 3- Oconaluftee (OCO), Multiple Building HVAC Base Item No. 4- Schenck (SCH), Lift Station Generator Base Item No. 5-Frenchburg (FRE).
