USDA-ARS-PWA Install ABC Road/Ramp and Sidewalks Maricopa AZ

The site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 7 February 2024, not 6 February. The change in this description has been corrected below. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Pacific West Area (PWA) Western Regional Research Center has a requirement for installation of a 16 foot by 122-foot ABC access road, 5 foot by 60-foot ABC access ramp, and two sidewalks at ALARC 21881 N Cardon Lane Maricopa, AZ.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is leass than $25,000.00. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. The requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Businesses, under NAICS Code 237310 with a size standard of $45M.

All offerors shall be registered with the System for Award Management Registration per FAR Clause 52.204-7 and 52.204-8.
