Description: This requirement is for ESS technical support to provide service, maintenance, installation, and surge capability of electronic security systems including access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and closed-circuit television. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information obtained from possible sources as a result of this synopsis.

The Government makes no commitment to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be liable for any funds expended by interested parties prior to the award of a contract for the effort described above. A written solicitation is forthcoming and will be published on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at www.sam.gov.

It is the responsibility of the contractor to continually monitor the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Vendors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the SAM database. Contractors must ensure annual representations and certifications are current. All prospective offerors interested in submitting quotes must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code) This announcement serves as the Advance Notice for this project. Responses to this synopsis are not required.
