Replace Freezer Condensing Unit Compressor, Clay Center, Nebraska

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Plains Area Office has a requirement to perform all work with the Replacement of the Freezer Condensing Unit Compressor in Clay Center, Nebraska. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials and performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 - $100,000.

USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price construction contract. The NAICS Code is anticipated to be 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors, with a size standard of $19 Million. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the RFP package and any amendments. All offerors shall be registered with the System for Award Management Registration per FAR Clause 52.204-7 and 52.204-8.
