This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 12805B23Q0471 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business.

The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 812320, Drycleaning and Laundry Services with a business size of $8.0 Million The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area has a need to purchase Linen and Rug Laundry Service, Fargo, North Dakota. The Government intends to award firm fixed price purchase order. The requirements are in further detail in the attached Requirements Documents.

In order to be considered for award, Offerors shall respond by addressing all of the requirements in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Have an Active SAM.gov registration and complete the Representations in FAR 52.212-3 and 52.204-24; the Representation and Certification section should also be completed electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and no addendum has been added.
