his is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subparts 13.1 and 12.102, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) 127EAV24Q0021. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 115310 and the small business size standard is 11.5 million. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small business concerns may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Forest Service.
The Government requires performance of the work described in these documents for the D1 Little Bear and D2 Scott Able Planting Projects See attached solicitation package and list of attachments.
