This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is set aside for 100% Total Small Business. The NAICS code is 541620 – Environmental Consulting Services and the Small Business Size Standard is $19M. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, facilities, equipment, materials, and transportation to perform Golden Eagle Surveys within the Cleveland National Forest (CNF).

The period of performance will be from approximately August 15, 2025 to December 31, 2026. All Questions must be received NLT 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Thursday, August 7, 2025. Any questions submitted after that date will not be accepted. This contract is for professional services and is therefore exempt from the Service Contract Act (SCA) under the provisions of 29 CFR 4.130 and 29 CFR 4.134. The SCA regulations concerning prevailing wages and fringe benefits do not apply to this contract.
