The US Forest Service (USFS), Procurement and Property Services (PPS), intends to issue a Firm Fixed Priced contract under the authority of FAR 13.5, Sole Source (Including Brand Name) Justification under Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items on or about July 8, 2024 J. Mattox and Associates of Danville, CA for the USFS, Region 5, Regional Office located in Vallejo, CA. The requirement is for a continuation of the "Diversity Dialogs" that is one of Joe Mattox's product offerings. See attached Justification and Approval.
