Amendment 01 The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to the request for information received. See attachment 04 for questions and responses. This amendment also corrects the Statement of Work "bi-annual" requirements to "annual" requirements. This is the solicitation for the Summit and MiWok Ranger Station janitorial services. See attachements for additional infomration. The intent of this contract is to furnish janitorial services for the Summit/Mi Wok Ranger District.

The Contractor shall provide everything – including, but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision – necessary to complete the project, except for that which the contract clearly states is to be furnished by the Government. LocationSummit District, located at 1 Pinecrest Lake Rd. Pinecrest CA 95364, Mi Wok District, located at 24695 Hwy 108 Mi Wok Village CA.

95346 The Summit Ranger Station consists of 6 building and includes carpeted rooms, 11 restrooms (2 with a shower), reception area, mail room/kitchen, hallways, and 1 janitor closet. Approximately 11,004 sq. ft. The Mi Wok Ranger Station consists of 2 buildings and includes 18 carpeted rooms, 6 restrooms (2 with showers), reception area, conference room area, break room/kitchen, hallways, 3 flights of stairs, and 1 janitor closed. Approximately 10,500 sq. ft.

PT on the 29th of January meeting at the Summit District, located at 1 Pinecrest Lake Rd. Pinecrest CA 95364.
