Communications Shelter Manufacture, Delivery, and Installation

**Quote due date has been updated to 02/05/2025 at 5 PM EST to allow more time to submit a quote.** Corrected LAT/LONG 42°14'25.0"N 123°46'02.8"W Worksite photos and location information now included in Attachment 4 - GFI Delivery updated to 18 months after contract award. This RFQ is being issued to procure the necessary professional services needed to design, manufacture, transport, and install radio communication shelters for the USDA Forest Service.

Shelter manufacturers, third-party vendors, contractors, and subcontractors must strictly adhere to the specifications detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Bill of Materials (BOM) which includes site-specific considerations. The primary objective is to deliver a high-quality radio communications shelter that protects the Forest Service's radio assets.

Installation and removal processes must minimize environmental impact, including debris removal, backhaul of any retired or unserviceable shelters, and the demolition and/or backhaul of unserviceable towers as applicable.
