Request for Information: Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) Vaccines for Use in Cattle Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Services Overview The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), issues this request for information as a means of conducting market research to identify interested parties with the resources to develop, evaluate, manufacture, and deliver a vaccine for H5N1 Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in cattle. There is no defined requirement at this time. Vendors with capabilities in these areas are invited to respond. Please review the attached RFI for further details.
