Notice of Intent to Award a BPA Call order against Enterprise Telecommunications Solutions BPA

The USDA Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is issuing this synopsis as a means of complying with the USDA’s policy in the Contracting Desk Book, SUBPART 413.3—SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION METHODS, 413.303 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs).

The USDA APHIS intends on awarding a competitive BPA Call Order against multiple award schedule BPAs for Enterprise Telecommunications Solutions (DAETS) BPA located at USDA’s Contract Portal, awarded against solicitation number: 12639524Q0209 for CISCO equipment support to be delivered to the VS-NBAF program in Manhattan, KS. Awarded Contractors will perform timber support (to include but not limited to; tree marking, tree inventory and other tasks associated with timber support) This is not a solicitation.

This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification. This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the DAETS BPA for USDA with agreement numbers 123314424A0002 through 123314424A0004. There are currently 3 businesses that will receive this solicitation. The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA.

Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA. Point of Contact is cody.grey@usda.gov. This requirement will be competitively awarded as a BPA Call Order against the aforementioned multiple award schedule BPA holders previously solicited on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) at: https://sam.gov/content/home. The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice
