SERVICE CONTRACT FOR EVIDENT VS200 SLIDE SCANNER SYSTEM

This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B25Q0049 is for Service Contract for Evident VS200 Slide Scanner System in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing). The applicable PSC is J066 (Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment—Instruments and Laboratory Equipment).

A completed SF1449 is to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes.
