Two Petri Film Plate Readers - Award Notice

This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0362 is to provide Two Petri Film Plate Readers in accordance with the Specifications (Specs) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 334516 (“Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing”) with a small business size standard of under 1,000 employees. The applicable PSC is 6640 (“Laboratory Equipment and Supplies”). This solicitation is issued as Unrestricted. It is the Government’s intent to make a single firm-fixed price award.

All quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0362”) and/or title ("Two Petri Film Plate Readers") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes.
