300-Gallon, 30-Foot Hooded Field Sprayer with Controller, Wiring, and Software - Award Notice

This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0327 is to provide a 300-Gallon, 30-Foot Hooded Field Sprayer with Controller, Wiring, and Software in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 333111 (“Farm Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing”) with a small business size standard of under 1,250 employees. The applicable PSC is 3710 (“Soil Preparation Equipment”). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.

It is the Government’s intent to make a single firm-fixed price award. Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Thursday, August 15, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details. All quotes must be submitted in writing with all other requested and required documentation. Quotes are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Monday, August 19, 2024.
