10 Sentek Bluetooth-Based Soil Moisture and Temperature Profile Probe Sensors - Award Notice

AMENDMENT 0001 (Dated 06/06/2024): This amendment (0001) is being issued to:

(1) Update the solicitation to unrestricted.

(2) Update the clauses and provisions.

(3) Update the attachments to the SF1449.

(4) Update all applicable dates.

(5) Extend the question and quote submission deadlines. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0125 is to provide 10 Sentek Bluetooth-Based Soil Moisture and Temperature Profile Probe Sensors in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section.

The associated NAICS is 334513 (“Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables”) with a small business size standard of under 750 employees. The applicable PSC is 6685 (“Pressure, Temperature, and Humidity Measuring and Controlling Instruments”). This solicitation is issued as Unrestricted. It is the Government’s intent to award a firm-fixed price award. We require Sentek “Drill and Drop Bluetooth” brand products (or equivalent).

Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Tuesday, June 11, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation.

A completed copy of the SF-30 amendment acknowledgment form, SF1449 quote submission form, and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details. All quotes must be submitted in writing with all other requested and required documentation. Quotes are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Monday, June 17, 2024.
