AMENDMENT 0001 (Dated 06/28/2024): This amendment (0001) is being issued to:

(1) Update the solicitation to unrestricted.

(2) Update the clauses and provisions.

(3) Update the attachments to the SF1449.

(4) Update all applicable dates.

(5) Extend the question and quote submission deadlines. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation # 125B24Q0111 is for a Cryostat in accordance with the Statement of Work and Brand Specific authorization, provided in the "Attachments/Links" section. The associated NAICS is 334516 with a small business size standard of under 1,000 employees.

The applicable PSC is 6640. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and an award being made is subject to the availability of funds. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Jeffery Kathman @ jeffery.kathman@usda.gov with the solicitation number "12505B24Q0111" and title "Cryostat" in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. A completed SF1449 and amendment acknowledgement shall be included with your quote.

It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the "Attachments/Links" section for more details. All quotes must be submitted in writing with all other requested and required documentation. Quotes are due by or before 2:00 PM CT on 5 July, 2024.
