Scientific writing of hurricane recovery science and project deliveries at the USDA. Strengthening the USDA FS IITF communication and science delivery capacities to better serve the public, forest managers, USDA Agencies and their clients in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Anticipated period of performance: 10/01/2025-09/30/2026 (12 months) Pluss 2 Option Years.

(b) Supporting narrative showing how Key Personnel qualifications meet or exceed minimum requirements.
