Janitorial Services for the Tellico Ranger District Office, Ranger Dwelling, and Fitness Room in the Cherokee NF

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Janitorial Services for the Tellico Ranger District in the Cherokee National Forest in Tellico Plains, TN. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, trnasportation and incidentals. The Governement will furnish the supplies needed in accordance with the schedule of items, specifications and attachments, terms and conditions of the solicitation. There is a Base Period with up to Four Option Years if exercised.

The Government will provide all cleaning supplies and equipment for work performed at all three locations. This combined synopsis/sloicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. The solicitation is issued under Solicitation No. 12444024Q0003 and the solicitation is attached. SITE VISIT There is no formal site visit scheduled for this project.

All interested firms are advised that registration in System for Award Management (SAM) is required to be eligible for award of a contract.

The Forest Service contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
