BPA Call Order Exceeding $20,000 Synopsis Requisition 1169732

The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS) is issuing this synopsis/solicitation notice as a means of complying with the USDA’s policy in AGAR 412.201-1 (e)(3)(ii) Simplified Procedures.

The USDA-FS intends on awarding a BPA Call Order against: Vegetation Management Services (VMS) for the National Forests and Grasslands in Texas BPA Holders: 12444225A0003 12444225A0005 12444225A0006 12444225A0008 12444225A0010 12444225A0012 12444225A0013 12444225A0017 12444225A0018 12444225A0019 12444225A0020 12444225A0023 12444225A0024 This is not a solicitation.

This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification. This procurement is restricted to the approved companies eligible for call orders under the aforementioned BPA Holders. These VMS are for mulching for the Sam Houston Ranger District, TX. This requirement will be awarded as 3 BPA Call Orders against this BPA series. The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice.
