Venders, you must complete the block 17a, 30a, 30b, and 30c in SF 1449. Make sure to include your vendor name and vendor UEI in page 4. Devliery expected to be within 10 days after award Contractor shall schedule delivery at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Contractor shall arrange delivery of a truck with an appropriate weight-limit LIFT GATE.
