UPDATE #2, 8/7/2024: Seed project site visit note added to attachments.

UPDATE #1, 8/6/2024: The purpose of this update is to call prospective offeror's attention to pages 40-43 of the solicitation. Please read this portion very carefully and address each item in the proposals. Past performance shall be submitted for each project listed in Factor 1, Subfactor 1, Company Experience. Bonding capacity shall also be addressed as noted in Factor 1, Subfactor 2 Company Resources.

The final paragraph of this section directs the prospective offerors to contact the Contracting Officer by email at paul.larsen@usda.gov if you do not understand any part of these instructions or if you have any other questions. The United States Forest Service, Northern Region 1 requires an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for road, bridge and related civil construction projects. Magnitude of Task Orders will be between $2,000 and $3,000,000.

Site visit information for the Seed Project contained within the Task Order Seed Project Proposal Request Form. All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer as listed in the solicitation documents not later than close of business on August 8th, 2024.
