Lucky Peak Nursery New Greenhouse

AMENDMENT 0002 - 9/11/26:

This solicitation is hereby amended.  The changes are listed in box 14 of attachmnent (C05k Amendment 0002 1240LT26Q0137).  Submitted questions are answered and attached to the above mentioned document on page two.

The response date and time is unchanged.

AMENDMENT 0001 - 9/4/26:

This solicitation is hereby amended.  The changes are listed in box 14 and continuing onto the next page of attachmnent (C05a Amendmnet 0001 1240LT26Q0137). 

The response date is extended to 9/25/26.

It is anticipated that a single Firm Fixed Price Contract will be awarded as a result of this
synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to make one award from this solicitation. Therefore, to be considered
responsive, contractors must submit pricing for all items.

UPDATE 8/21/26:

There was a substantial amount of questions recieved for this project.  Additional time is needed to answer them all. It is anticipated that answers to those questions will be posted to this solicitation durring the week of 8/31/26, through 9/4/26.  At that time the response due date will be extended to allow review of the answers and any possible amendment.  Your patience is appreciated.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the
format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being
requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 1240LT26Q0137 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for construction of
a new headhouse building, construction of a new Greenhouse building, the post-fire repairs of the
existing greenhouse building, and site support work at the Lucky Peak Nursery site in Boise, Idaho.
An option item for a warehouse building is included. See the SOW for more information.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry
Classification Standard Code is 236220 The small business size standard is $45 million. This
acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation
which will be considered by the agency.
