Update: The U.S Forest Service CSA #8 hereby cancels the solicitation for Baker Draw Designated Shooting Area Shade Structure Installation that was originally issued on August 15, 2024 and for which proposals were due on September 20, 2024 due to lack of availability of funds, and for needed changes in the scope of the statement of work. Persuant to FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds" Funds are not presently available for this contract.

The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the avallability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made avallable to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer." in "Section I" of this solicitation. Interested vendors are encouraged to watch SAM.gov for future re-solicitation announcements once funds are available.

Project Title: Baker Draw Designated Shooting Area Shade Structure Installation The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary, except as otherwise provided, to successfully complete this project.

Set Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

Magnitude: (b) Between $25,000 and $100,000.

Period of Performance: 60 Days After Notice to Proceed (NTP). Complete work no later than September 1st, 2025. Site Visit: No government escort. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed.
