Pasture Fence Materials for the Bighorn National Forest

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240LP26Q0066 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for acquisition of Horse Pasture Fence Materials to be used at the Burgess Ranger Station, Tongue Ranger District on the Bighorn National Forest in Wyoming. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 331210. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees.

This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. See Attachment 1 – Solicitation Terms and Conditions for applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria. See Attachment 2 for the Schedule of Items. See Attachment A for Rail & Post Specifications.

If submitting a quote package, please include a signed SF1449 (fill out blocks 17 and 30a-c), include a completed Schedule of Items from the Attachment 2, and include a Technical Capability statement in your technical proposal.
