The Gunnison office in in need of janitorial servies it has two full levels plus two half levels. The two full levels are the bomb shelter/basement and the main level, while the upper and lower/garden levels are half levels. The total floor space is approximately 17,000 square feet and consists of a conference room, lobby, mailroom/file room, supply room, four restrooms, a large bomb shelter/basement, and numerous hallways, cubicles and offices. Approximately 9,200 square feet is carpeted, 2,500 square feet is linoleum & tile, and 5,300 square feet is concrete flooring.
