The purpose of this solicitation is for delivery and maintain of four refregeration trailor rentals that will be utilized for storing tree seedlings on the Grand Lake Ranger District and two referegaration traiors at Boulder Ranger District. To maintain seedling viability, prevent mold, cull, and mortality, seedlings must be refrigerated to maintain a temperature of approximately 35 degrees Fahrenheit.
Standard trailer no more than 9’ (feet) wide and 48’ to 53’ (feet) long, with minimum internal storage of 3072 cubic feet. Each trailer shall have a Self-contained refrigeration system that runs off diesel fuel. Due to the number of seedlings and sensitive need for the seedlings to remain cooled, six trailers will be needed for this project.
