There is not a solicitation.

This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this notification is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The USDA FS intends on awarding a competitive BPA Call Order against multiple award schedule BPAs Snowy Plover Habitat Restoration- Mechanical Dune & Vegetation Removal BPA, awarded against solicitation number: 1240BK24Q0022. The solicitation will be sent out to the companies a part of the BPA.
