2025 PNW Field Inventory Analysis (FIA) Ongrid Areas 4 & 6

AMENDMENT 0001, April 23, 2025 – The purpose of this amendment is to remove four (4) California plots from this requirement. As a result of this amendment, the following documents have been amended: 1240BG25Q0016 Combined Synopsis Solicitation PNW Ongrid Areas 4 & 6(Schedule of Items updated) Attachment 02 – Exhibits (Replaced) The responses due date for this requirement HAS NOT been changed as a result of this amendment. Quotes are due no later than May 2, 2025 at 3:00pm Pacific Time.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. END OF AMENDMENT DESCRIPTION The United States Forest Service’s Pacific Northwest Research Station (PNW) is currently seeking quotes for Field Inventory Analysis (FIA) for plots located in DNR, FWS, NPS, Corporate, Native American Ownerships, Idaho Panhandle, Okanogan, Gifford Pinchot, Coleville, Wenatchee, and Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forests throughout Oregon, Washinton and Region 6 administered lands. Work is to be performed in accordance with the attachments. The attachments are as follows:

1240BG25Q0016 – Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Ongrid Areas 4 and 6 Attachment 01 – Statement of Work Attachment 02 – Exhibits Attachment 03 – Inspection and Acceptance Attachment 04 – Fire Protection and Suppression Plan Attachment 05 – Non-Disclosure Agreement Attachment 06 – Wage Determination Quotes are due no later than May 2, 2025 at 3:00pm Pacific Time. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than April 25, 2025 at 1:00pm Pacific Time to the Government point of contact listed in this posting. No site visits will be scheduled for this requirement.
