Moscow Janitorial Services

Custodial services are needed for the main building, annex, rain lab, and headhouse of the east greenhouse at the RMRS Moscow Forestry Sciences Laboratory. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, insurance, personnel, permits, transportation, materials, equipment, and supplies, except as otherwise specified, necessary to provide janitorial services at the Moscow Lab.

All work shall be performed in accordance with this performance work statement (PWS) and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The contractor shall always provide adequate supervision of employees ensuring all work is accomplished in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. AME0001 is to provide Attachment 10 - Square Footage/Building Maps for an approximate total for all types of flooring. It is highly recommended to attend the Site Visit for a more accurate look at the facility and the flooring.
