WIND RIVER OFFICE AND BUNKHOUSE JANITORIAL SERVICES

The Solicitation is Amended. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The contractor will provide all management, supervision, transportation, tools, equipment, labor, and supplies/consumables necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at the location designated on the Schedule of Supplies/Services and in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance.

Equipment and supplies furnished by the contractor will be of a quality and size commonly used by commercial firms in servicing a building of comparable size. This is a performance-based service contract whereby the contractor is expected to perform the services according to commercial practices. The Government will not instruct the contractor as to how to perform the service but rather inspect the performance of the contractor in meeting the requirements.

Solicitation number 1240BD26Q0017 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Wind River office is approximately 2,112 square feet and is located at 1262 Hemlock Rd, Carson WA 98610. The Lower Bunkhouse is approximately 3,674 square feet and is located at 161 Martha Creek Rd, Carson WA 98610. When using a map, they are shown to be in the unincorporated town of Stabler, WA. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720. The small business size standard is $22.0 Million.

This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. The Service code is S201 Janitorial Services. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract with 1 base year and 4 Optional Years for a possible total of 5 years.

The period of performance will be: Base Period 04/01/2026 – 03/31/2027 Option Period 1 04/01/2027 – 03/31/2028 Option Period 2 04/01/2028 – 03/31/2029 Option Period 3 04/01/2029 – 03/31/2030 Option Period 4 04/01/2030 – 03/31/2031 No Pre Bid Meeting will be held.
