This is a Request for Quote for Janitorial Services at the Zig Zag Ranger Station Office, Main Office is in building 2016, North Compound Shop is in building 2402-2024, South compound Hotshot building is behind the main office building, and outside restrooms beside the main office building. located in Zig Zag, Oregon. Services as ordered by Task Orders and may include twice weekly, monthly, annual, AND semi-annual janitorial services.

The contract type is a firm fixed price “requirements” contract for the services specified, and effective for the periods stated in each Task Order. The Zig Zag Ranger District office building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The office hosts about twenty year-round employees, several seasonal employees, and approximately 5,000 visitors per year. See Attachments for all Terms and Conditions.
