THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. This sole source procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 – only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The NAICS code is 922190 Other Justice, Public Order, and Safety Activities.

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Procurment and Propert Services (PPS) for the Willamette National Forest, Law Enforcement Devision intends to issue a sole source contract for 911 local law enforcement dispatch services and radio communications. This service requires immediate access to law enforcement data bases to protect the public and ensure USFS Law Enforcement Safety.
